AO SERVICES was the general contractor for the much-anticipated Parmer Ranch Community in Georgetown, Texas. Completed in Spring 2025 and features a fully equipped fitness center, meeting spaces and terraced decks with covered patios. The center also includes an open play lawn area for outdoor activities, two pickleball courts, a basketball court and a pool with covered shade areas.
