Kolton Mims is an Estimating and Project Coordinator at AO SERVICES, a values-based, full-service commercial construction firm founded in 2010 and based in Central Texas.

In his current role, Kolton supports the Pre-Construction department through estimating and contributes to the Construction team with project management and coordination efforts. Known for his team-first attitude and eagerness to learn, Kolton brings a flexible and dependable presence to every project he’s involved in.

Kolton appreciates the strong culture of support at AO SERVICES, where every team member is willing to step in and help one another succeed.

Outside of work, Kolton enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, hunting, golfing, and playing with his dogs.

Born in Florida and raised in South Texas, Kolton is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University.
